Class List

Your child will be guided through by a coach, with your assistance,  a warmup consisting of running, jumping, rope climbing, flipping, champion games, trampoline, rock climbing, balance beam activities, bar strength and  multiple obstacle courses that change weekly. While working on fine motor skills and equal full body strength. The main focus is to develop various motor skills,  balance, equal  strength on both sides all while building confidence and trust while having fun.

Your child will be guided through step by step skill progressions and specific drills/exercises, providing the opportunity to effectively achieve and refine gymnastics skill, self esteem and confidence,  while progressing from beginner to advanced levels. This class explores the basics of rhythm in gymnastics in addition to the basics on the beam, floor, bars, trampoline, and fun games.

Your Child will continue to build on the skills learned in Beginners, providing the opportunity to refine gymnastics skills while learning new ones. This class continues to develop to improving skills while building self esteem and confidence, awareness in the air, strength, grace and flexibility, as well as continuously new skills.

If your child is new to our gym and has experience with gymnastics, you will need to schedule, by phone, an evaluation before your child can join Intermediate.

Each child will receive constructive attention with an emphasis on improving all-round skills from beginner to advanced. Instruction will be aimed at maintaining and improving skills with a proper technique. This class will develop self esteem, confidence, air awareness while performing new skills, assertiveness, and leadership  in a fun, energized and safe environment.

Come join us for fun and outgoing adult gymnastics group. That is open to everyone ages 18+ where you can build your self esteem and confidence in yourself while building your mind and body. It will focus on basic/advanced gymnastics skills including conditioning, basic drills & skills in all events including tumbling. Gymnastics is a great opportunity to get into shape and have fun while doing it!

*Makeup class is Friday 7:30-8:30pm  open gym style. Once a month*

Monday & Thursday - For our advanced gymnasts that are currently on the team and competing and looking to perfect, gain new skills, and improve current skills or routines. *Must have prior experience*
